Richard is a great CrossFit coach. He starts on time every time, runs a structured warm up and WOD and encourages you to push yourself. He’s got a great understanding of functional body movement and knows how to scale WOD’s for individual fitness levels or to accommodate injuries until they are rehabbed. I’m happy to have trained with him!
Coach Richard has been the most motivating coach I’ve had. He pushes you past your limits and helps you reach any goal you have! He’s always encouraging and gives each person the time and attention they need. Richard knows his stuff and helps you prevent injury while maintaining great form and getting in shape!
Richard and all the coaches are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. They all push you to be the best you can be by challenging you to jump outside your comfort zone with each workout. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone here is family! I highly recommend Crossfit Tuscaloosa if you want to see yourself succeed!
Came here after Christmas break from another gym. Management is much better here, community is great and the equipment is fantastic. Coaches are welcoming and always there to help whether it's your first day or your 5th year!
The greatest coaches, people, and equipment in town. Every member is opening and genuinely cares about the atmosphere at the gym. Richard is an amazing coach and his staff is impeccable as well. The best gym I've ever been to.
I love the atmosphere, the way they push you to reach your goal. I recommend CrossFit Tuscaloosa to all of my friends. It's a great way to get in shape fast and to tone your body. They show you the proper way to exercise, lift weights, and stretch. By far my favorite gym.
A week into it, my body is sore as hell, and l am loving it. The place is never over crowded yet has plenty of friendly people that are serious about getting and staying physically fit. They have great WODs plans, the instructor is motivating and challenging at just the right levels, also no ill judging or egos found in the place.
